When goodwill runs out and the debtor is in the UAE, the courts provide the decisive answer. We pursue recovery through the UAE court system — and where your debt is clear, written and undisputed, we use the payment-order procedure, a fast track under the Civil Procedure Law that can produce a binding order with remarkable speed compared to ordinary litigation.
The payment order suits debts evidenced in writing — invoices and account statements, acknowledged balances, and debts confirmed by written instruments — and is decided swiftly on the documents. Where the debt is disputed or the evidence needs building, we file an ordinary civil or commercial claim, managing the case through evidence, any court-appointed expert, and judgment. In both routes, interim attachments over the debtor’s assets can be sought at the outset so there is something left to collect.
We choose the right track, assemble the documentary proof the court requires, file and conduct the proceedings, seek precautionary attachment where the debtor may dissipate assets, and carry the judgment straight into execution — because the judgment is the means, and payment is the end.
