Much of our work is commercial. In commercial court litigation we act in disputes over contracts, shareholdings, agency and trade, and in banking and financial litigation we handle the distinct world of facility agreements, guarantees, security and financial-services claims — related fields, but each with its own law and tactics. Alongside these sit our sector disputes: property and real estate litigation, covering ownership, sale and purchase, tenancy and developer conflicts; and construction sector litigation, where technical, delay and payment claims demand both legal and industry understanding.

We then build the case methodically: gathering and preserving evidence, engaging expert witnesses where a technical or financial question requires them, and applying the procedural discipline that UAE proceedings reward, where a missed step or deadline can cost a strong case. Where a dispute can be resolved sensibly without a full trial, we pursue that cost-effective resolution; where it cannot, we advocate aggressively.
